Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Akash Randive, trading as DecisionsCalc ("we", "us"), the maker of the Keyquill browser extension ("Keyquill"). By installing or using Keyquill you agree to them.
1. The service
Keyquill's free features are available to everyone at no cost. Keyquill Pro adds paid features and is offered as a monthly subscription ($2.99 USD) or yearly subscription ($24 USD), each with a 7-day free trial, or as a one-time lifetime license ($49 USD). Current prices are listed on our pricing page.
2. Purchases and merchant of record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase. Prices are shown at checkout and may include applicable taxes.
3. Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the link in your purchase email; Pro then stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. A lifetime license is a single payment that does not renew; it gives you Pro for as long as Keyquill Pro is offered, including features added later.
4. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Keyquill. A Pro license key is for your own use and may not be shared, resold or published. You may not reverse engineer Keyquill to remove license checks.
5. Your content
Your snippets are yours. You are responsible for what they contain and for using Keyquill in line with the rules of the websites you type on.
6. Changes to Keyquill and these terms
We may update Keyquill and these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. Continuing to use Keyquill after a change means you accept the updated terms.
7. Disclaimer and liability
Keyquill is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Keep your own exports of important snippets. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Keyquill in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
